What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you forgot your password, you can click on the login page on the “Forgot password” button. You have to give the e-mail address you are registered with and you will get an e-mail with a link with which you can reset your password.

How will I get my payment back?

The articles will be checked as soon as we receive them and afterwards your payment will be refunded. The repayment is different depending on the payment method and will be performed within 14 days after receiving the goods.

  • Credit Card: the amount will be credited on your credit card
  • PayPal: the amount will be credited on your PayPal account
  • Advanced Payment: the amount will be transferred back to your bank account
  • Invoice: If you have not paid the goods yet you just have to pay for the goods you will keep. If the amount was already transferred, it will be transferred back to your bank account

How can I return my order?

·        With the delivery you will also receive a return form and a return label. You can write on the form which articles you would like to return and you can use the original package to send back the goods. You just have to put the return label on the package.

·        If you lost the return form or label, you can contact our customer service. They can resend them to you.

Can I return my order?

·        You can return the goods without any reason within 14 days, provided the items are unworn and in the original condition.

·        Can I change or cancel my order?

·        If the goods are already paid or packed, it is not possible to change or cancel the order.

·        If the goods have already been shipped, you can return the goods within 14 days without a reason.

Can I track my package?

·        We send our packages vie DHL. You will receive a tracking code with which you can track your package on

Can I give a different delivery address?

·        Yes, during the order it is possible to give a different shipping address and billing address.

 Do you also ship outside of Germany?

Yes, we do send to all countries in the EU. You can find the delivery costs for each country here.

 Which shipping methods are available?

Within Germany we send our goods via DHL. You can choose between DHL Standard and DHL Express.
